Model A Jack

Help!
I think I got my hands onto a jack from the originol tool kit provided with the A's.Question is, how do I know.It looks like the picture in the series of five books, volume 1 pg. 14 but it doesn't have any Ford markings on it anywhere.It works just fine, has lots of dirt and grime but works fine.So, how do I tell if that is for sure what it is and if it is how much is it really worth??Any help or leads would be appreciatted.Thank you.
