Brad,

"There were four suppliers of jacks: Ajax - Racine, Wisconsin; Walker - Racine, Wisconsin; Auto Specialty, St. Joseph, Michigan; and Noblitt-Sparks - location unknown." (from the Judging Standards)
While all of these were made to Ford's specifications and each had minor differences. They each had the manufacturer's name on them but did not have "Ford" on them (since Ford did not do the manufacturing). There eight different jacks all, as D.J. mentioned, with the same part number but with different suffixes, "none", A, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2 & C3.The first three were ratchet type and the last five were screw type. The Judging Standards have drawings of each and good descriptions. There have been some articles in past (year or so?) Model A news that had details and photos and the differences in some "C3" look-a-likes.
I've seen jacks going from $15 to $125 depending on condition and version.
Hope this helps,
John
