Hello Again,
The jack is the flip top design and it has no holes in the flip piece.According to the judging standards, the Model T jacks had no holes in the flip piece and the A jacks had a small hole.It does have a handle.It is 10 inches long and curves in opposite directions on either end(similar to the little sqiggly thing before "dclinton" in the url of this site. '~').Any help here would be appreciated.Thanks again.
