HELP!!!!!

I'm in trouble!!I'm in the process of rebuilding the brakes on my 31 coupe. We bought the video on brakes and have followed it in detail. We used new cast iron drums, new tracks, had the drums trued and the linings arced by a reputable brake shop.My problem is with one rear wheel. No matter what I do the service brakes drag heavily with the adjuster turned all the way out.we have original adjusters, new adjuster shafts, new roller pins, original rollers. I have checked the roller track dimension and found it to be less than 1" from the spring anchor pins and corrected it.I ran a tap thru the adjuster housing threads to insure I could fully retract the adjusters.when I assemble the service shoes but no emergency brake I can install the drum over the shoes if I leave out the roller bearing. If I install the roller bearing I can install the drum but I have very heavy drag. I'm really out of ideas at this point. If anyone knows of something I've overlooked I sure would like to hear from you. Thanks.
