Steve, just another thought... you mentioned that you had new roller pins.Is it possible that the head on the roller pin is larger than the original?I'm trying to picture in my mind if that condition might change the geometry of the brake shoe position enough to cause your trouble.Would love to hear what solves your problem.Good luck.Dave.
