Thank's to all who answered.I do have the cam in correctly and the brake rods are dissconnected.I have no good way to accuratley measure the drums but three out of four went together perfectly and they were all machined and all the shoes were machined by the same brake shop.The new roller pin heads were suspect in my mind too.They measure .6251 while the old originals I took out measure around .619 which does'nt seem like enough difference to cause the amount of drag I'm getting.Orginianlly both rears had this problem. Taping the adjuster holes solved the problem on one side but not he second.This one is really a Sherlock Holmes.
