Age of Model A Coupe

I just bought a Model A deluxe coupe. It was supposed to have been a 1930 model. The engine is a 1931. There is some evidence that the vehicle is a 1931. The body number is 166-3809. Is there a list which would identify this? Is there some other way to positively identify the real age?
