TWO PIECE SIDE SPLASH APRON ON 1930 CLOSED CABS

When did the two piece side splash aprons or shields start to appear on the 1930 Closed Cabs and when did they switch to the one piece side splash aprons? I am trying to determine and afirm the exact date this Closed Cab 82B was produced. Obviously, I have a two piece side apron.
