How about removing the doors at where the hinges are screwed to the body posts?

This is plan C.The lower bolts are pretty rusty and would have to be cut or drilled out.I also wanted to try to avoidhaving to re-aligning the door and (if I got the hinge pins out) would really like to put in a hinge pin mirror. Plan B was to come up with some sort of puller like Carla suggested.Plan A was something simpler that, although I hadn't thought of it yet, I was hoping someone else had.-- Jim
