Titles

I will soon be getting a 29 Phaeton that does not have a title.I am finding out that there are different solutions to this such as buy an existing title, use a title company like the one in Alabama, or get a rebuilder title.I live in Texas.I would appreciate any suggestions or other options.Thanks
