Firewall Color

The firewall on mymaroon and black 1930 Town Sedan is now painted black, which is peeling away and revealing what appears to be a brownish-red undercoat, or it could be the original color. I have seen other cars with firewalls painted the same as the body. Can anyone advise me what color it should be?
