Engine Mounts

Hello I have taken my rear moter mounts out of the frame to notice that they seem to be deformed and have a couple of cracks in them.I see that you no longer buy them, is it possible to repair them. I also see this float-a-motor kit in the catalogs is this an optiion I should be looking at.Thank you Keith
