Horn rattle

I have got a 1918 Roadster which drives very well, but has
one annoying habit in that the horn and light switch assembly
rattles like crazy when you are driving along.I have tried to
pack it to get it a bit tighter but then have trouble with it
turning with the wheel.Any suggestion?
