Hi Murray
I checked my library and found that the info you need to make an anti rattle bush is on page 29 of Paul Mollers book
Model A Ford restoration and maintenance Vol 2.

It is made up of a thin brass shim 1 1/4 " long by 3/4" wide with 1/8" cuts every 1/8" or so along one long face. The metal that is between the slots is bent out at right angles to simulate the pressed brass ferule that Marco shows in his excellent photographs.

A quick glance at this page 29 and all is revealed.

I love this bulletin board!!!We have it made with the depth of experience and generosity of gurus like Marco placing their priceless depth of knowledge and experience at the disposal of the Model A fraternity.

psShould you buy a horn button repair kit made by Vintique you should get one supplied in the kit.

Alex
