Windshield wipers

Can anyone tell me what is correct? I have a vacuum motor that
I purchased from a friend in our club. I'm trying to find out several items. Is my '28 Leatherback supposed to have an electric or vacuum motor? Which blade and arm are correct? Is
the vacuum line hidden or is it clamped to windshield frame? Lastly, my manifold is not drilled for the vacuum fitting so
what is the best way? Thanks
