Information in the Judging Standards is "generally" considered correct.However, it is continually revised and thus one must assume there could be some instances where information thought to be correct today might be different tomorrow.It does list the detail about wipers.A noteable item is that electric wipers were used exclusively on closed cars through the middle of 1929.That being so, your car should be equipped with an electric wiper motor.This would explain why your intake manifold has no fitting on it. It would be wise to check out the different types used on your car and try to find one in a swap meet or other source.Have fun!
