Identify my Pick Up

I recently bought a Model A pickup that was licensed as a 1930, in Missouri. It has a wide bed, a recessed firewall and from what I have found out from talking to others, I believe the truck is a 1931. The motor number is A4703766.If this was made in 1931, does anyone know what month?I will also need to convince the Kansas Highway Patrol it is a 1931 before they will correct the paper work.Where can I find a book that list the motor numbers?How can I prove the truck is a 1931?
