Just how many?

Since I've been driving the 'A' around, one of the questions I've been asked a lot that I just don't have any clue of is, how many 'A's are still in service out there? I know how many were made, but...!
I know it's impossible to get an acurate number, but there have to be some estimate (for at least U.S. & Canada).
Of course, there's my current answer of "Well, at least one."
