Water Pump Lubrication

I am a new owner of a 30 Model "A" Coupe.I bought Les Anderson's "Mechanics Handbook" to help.I'm trying to lubricate the car, and am stuck on the many lube fittings used.I have a standard grease gun that does fine on the zirc fittings I have found.The biggest question is how do I lubricate the rear brass capped fitting on the water pump?Do I need to purchase a special tip?Am I going to need multiple tips, or should I change out all the fittings that I can with zirc fittings?............Jim
