You don't need to wait for Obsolete Ford Parts to send you a claim form.Go to your local Post Office and ask for one.You can fill it out as best you can and then send it toOklahoma. Maybe if you do that, and send it via Certified Mail with return receipt, they will know that you mean to follow up. As a former Postmaster, I enjoyed helping several customers "remind" suppliers to get with the program!
