Obsolete Ford Parts, Oklahoma - Supply Problems

Is anybody expperiencing difficulties with this supplier? I have had two successful orders for parts met, but a parcel posted to me in October didn't arrive and despite many phone calls and E-mails I cannot get them to send me a claim form even though the parcel was insured. Does any one have a good contact there?
