: You don't need to wait for Obsolete Ford Parts to send you a claim form.Go to your local Post Office and ask for one.You can fill it out as best you can and then send it toOklahoma. Maybe if you do that, and send it via Certified Mail with return receipt, they will know that you mean to follow up. As a former Postmaster, I enjoyed helping several customers "remind" suppliers to get with the program!

==============================================

This forum is so powerful with us "Aers" this kind of information will have a serious negative effect on this company.If they were smart "they would get with it" and protect their business.I hope someone gets these messages to them (I never purchased from them since I found their prices too high - even their sale items).I stopped using Macks because they were so slow in delivery as well as slow in crediting returns (I had to remind them many times) also I found that some items were of poor quality, for example a radiator splash pan was from Taiwan and poorly made plus dented beyond use and a new wiring harness bullet end wouldn't fit (Bratton's warn about this problem). I told them my feelings.On the other hand my experience with Bratton's has always been super good with great delivery (and Walt Bratton is usually there to answer questions) and great quality.

I think that we can really help ouselves if we let the other "Aers" know thiugh this forum how other suppliers treat us.They will get the message fast if they know that so many of us are "watching"!!!
