grease fittings

I would like finish some of the work I started. I am replaing all of the original style grease fitings with new 20th century style ypes. If they're not threaded how would one recommend removing the old ones and installing the new ones without damaging them. I need to finish this on the car listed earlier.
Also... relating to the 31 Tudor for sale...Is a Deluxe the one with the autolite heating element? If so then it's a deluxe for sale.
