Changing the "drive in type" grease fittings is a rather simple process. Just use a pair of vice grips and turn them out. Clean out the hole, apply a little grease around the edges and use Bratton's Grease Fitting Driver to replace the fitting. The tip of the fitting will not be damaged in any way! (See page 128 in Bratton's catalog. The tool Walt Bratton sells is well worth the cost of $2.10.
