Coupe spare tire support needs help

I have a 1929 Standard Coupe.Bought a rear spare tire carrier from Snyder's, but can't figure out the best (easy!) way to anchor the top bolt.All the ready-made brackets seem to be for the 1930-31.I have not anchored the rumble seat conversion sheet metal down yet until I can figure out how to anchor the spare tire carrier securely so that it isn't just bolted to sheet metal!Any ideas?
