Mr. Aiello,
I would gander it's a early to mid'30 because it has the two piece splash apron, sort of hard to change because the body is on it, and the oval speedo. The radiator shell is a '31 but I understand that they did show up on late 30 models, the grill inserts were usually the lower body color. When I got my late '31, indented firewall, it had a 30 shell. The shells are easily changed so I would'nt go by the shell.
