I have the same impression myself. I didn't know if the radiator shell was changed or not. I guess it was. But from what I was told by the previous owner (Tony Aiello), there was a lot done. The "fog" lights are from a Packard or something, the wheels are from a '35, the car was a Canadian '31, but used parts from the American '30. The dash type says pre-June 1930. The two piece fender says '30, etc. etc. Argh!
Thanks for the help. I'll call it an early 30 until the year (way in the future) that I can pull the body off and look for the stamp.
