I've never seen an aluminum Zenith carburetor, but that doesn't mean they don't exist.There are two distinct ways to determine if it's a Tillotson.
The Zenith top and bottom sections are held together with one bolt, inserted from the bottom.The Tillotson top and bottom sections are held together with three slotted bolts, inserted from the top.
The bowl end of the Tillotson is more "square" than the Zenith.
Maybe Les Andrews from the MAFCA page knows more..
