Aluminum Zenith??

Digging through a box of parts, I found a carburator that is shaped almost exactly like a cast Zenith, similar adjusters, drains, plugs, etc., but it is aluminum.Anybody know if there was an aluminum Zenith made?
The only idetification I can find on it is the number 2350 near the air intake, and part of a sticker that appears to say someting about Atlas Automotive Safety Tests with Approved accross the center.Also has a map of the continental US in the center.
Carb appears to have been painted silver.
Any ideas?
