: Larry-
: The radiator can be tilted forward enough to remove the fan if the fan can easily be loosened from the water pump.If not, remove the water pump also. The wobble may be a bad bearing in the water pump, and now is a great time to rebuild it.A two-blade fan is quieter, and the pump with fan attached can be removed without tilting the radiator if the lower studs can be removed, or are replaced with bolts instead.Be careful of original fans, are most are distorted and/or cracked. There was a great article last year in one of the Restorer magazines about fand restoration and modification to prevent the classic fan explosion!
: Good luck.

: : The four blade fan on my 30 Coupe is getting a little "wobbly" on the water pump shaft. Is it possible to change the fan without removing the headlight bar? Will the radiator tilt out enough to clear the fan? Thanks.

Thanks Jack.

Should have included in my first note that it is a B waterpump on a B engine with a C head. The pump is bolted to the head with three bolts. Two on the bottom front, and one on the top rear.Still think I can remove the pump without tilting the radiator?

Anyone out there have experience with the plastic bladed fans? Source?Thanks..
