Larry- The radiator can be tilted forward enough to remove the fan if the fan can easily be loosened from the water pump.If not, remove the water pump also. The wobble may be a bad bearing in the water pump, and now is a great time to rebuild it.A two-blade fan is quieter, and the pump with fan attached can be removed without tilting the radiator if the lower studs can be removed, or are replaced with bolts instead.Be careful of original fans, are most are distorted and/or cracked. There was a great article last year in one of the Restorer magazines about fand restoration and modification to prevent the classic fan explosion! Good luck.
