i myself would think twice before fitting float-a motor pads on the rear engine mounts. it looks to me as though the rigid boltup between the chassis and the clutch housing would be part of the structural strength of the chassis, and compromising that point would allow more chassis flexure over uneven ground, which would stress the body.

i'm not a ford expert, tho, and i could be totally mistaken--- maybe one of the old timers would comment??
