counterweight crank

Thanks again for all the info My Model A tudor 1930 viberates so bad I lost my right veiw mirrow,( never did find it and I saw it go) anyway what is a counterweight crank could this help? Or would the FloatAmotor be the way to go? How is the counterweight installed? Thanks again> Wade Midland.Tx
