Door Locks ??

My 1930 Tudor has a keyed door lock handle on the passengers side.The drivers door has no keyed lock, which I understand is original design.Does the drivers door, lock from inside the car ? I would like to replace the door handles and locks. Thanks Again to the Pro's TIm WIldey
