rim color

if body stripe is straw, should the rims be painted straw or tacoma cream on a mid 1930 coupe, i know the correct color is black, but i think littledressing up is needed with the goodyear black walls, also does anyone out there know how the logo flags were painted, or baked, ect on the side walls of the tires?thanksdan rossi
