Restoration "Standards" and Ford pliers question

First, where the heck can I get a copy of the restoration standards?I have searched the MAFCA web page and can't find anything, sent a message to info@mafca.com to which they never reponded (sent my membership app in a month ago, they cashed the check but haven't gotten any info yet, hope it gets better from here), and looked everywhere else I can think of.Can somebody tell me where to get them?
Second, have 2 Ford pliers in my hand with the screw driver tip on the handles.One has a smaller Ford script with notches running the same way as the pliers in the pincher end.Other has a larger Ford script with no notch.Can anyone tell me if these are both A pliers, if the notch is supposed to be there, and any other info on these?
