water foam in engine when driving at 40mph

When driving my Coupe at 35 mph or lower everything is ok.
But If I need to drive at 40 mph or above the water foams up
and spits out of the top of the radiator. The car does not
overheat. So far I have replaced the radiator, thinking that
it might have a block in it. What could be cousing the water
to foam.
