Front Wheel Shimmys & Shudders

Thanks for recent advice from Kentucky, Placerville and Africa regarding front wheel "shimmy & Shudders" on my recently aquired '29 Sports Coupe, but I've still got the problem. Maybe I've got the tow-in all up the creek and could use some advice on how to check if the tow-in is correct. As you can guess I'm new to the Model A clan and living on an Island in the Pacific there ain't many Model A's in this part of the world, so Internet do your thing. Any advice would be appreciated.
