1931 Missouri plates

I need help from Missouri.I am a Michigander restoring a 31 roadster that spent its first 65 years in Missouri.The car came with a set of 31 Missouri plates that are in good condition except the paint is badly faded.Can someone tell me the shade of gray(silver?) paint I should use for the background?A brand of paint and color name would be very much appreciated.Thanks.
