Wire safety locking & cotter pins

G'Day All
Stupid question from me, maybe not for a judge, but is there a specific way of safety wiring the torque tube bolts as far as judging standards are concerned, ie. one piece of wire through all bolts with ends twisted together, or bolts wired together aircraft style two at a time with wire twisted between???. Also is it acceptable for cotter pins to be plated or should they all be unfinished?. Last question, is there a specification for the shape/type of cotter pin or is any shape head acceptable as long as all match?.
