Dean,
I have used clear silicone sealer (sparingly) along the length of the frame rail and on the underside of the welting.Work out the wrinkles, etc and remove any excess sealer.If you do this prior to puting the body on, it will dry and hold the welting in place.You can also punch the required holes in the welting.This makes inserting the body bolts much easier. Have fun!
