TAIL LIGHT MOUNTING POSITION

I recently installed steel after market rear fenders on my 30 TUDOR sedan, but there were no holes punched for mounting the tail lights.Can anyone give me the measurements (rear to front) from the rear bottom edge of the fenders to the tail light mounting bolt holes.Also the measurements (side to side) from the wheel openening edge to the bolt holes. A measurement taken with a flexible tape measure would be best.
