I recently saw a posting discussing that a 5 psi pressurized was used. This sounds like a good idea to me. If my old physics is still good, it should add 5 C temperature protection from boiling.to 221 F.My question, is how is this done, is there a limit on how much pressure would work and how do you maintain the pressure (type of cap, etc.)
