Engine Number LB15661

Just purchased a '29 Ford Roadster Pickup with engine number LB15661.Understand that LB stands for Long Beach.Don't know if frame number matches.Doubt that it does since that plant began operations in 1930. Could this be a rebuild or a new engine produced at that facility?Does anyone know the approximate production date for an engine with this number?Any information about this plant would be appreciated.Thanks.
