:Just did the same thing!Pull off tube , remove the ring band that fits the grove in the drive shaft and the bearing should slide out. My bearing was in many pieces.The sleeve on the other hand was tough! I managed to break it in half to remove it! Seemed the easiest way.I took sand paper and lightly sanded the inside of the tube to remove any rust. Then I washed the tube out with gas and wiped it out till clean and dry. I then put a little grease on the outside of the sleeve and slid it back into the tube. Make sure to line up the indentation of the tube with the sleeve correctly! If the tube is cleaned properly the sleeve should slide back in! Sound easy? It took me two tries and two sleeves to learn this one!
