Is the 31 S/W Four Door considered RARE?, VALUABLE?

In looking for parts over the last few years to restore my 31 slant windshield car, I've been told that parts are hard to find because of limited production, making the car some what rare, or is it true that because the car is a four door and restorers of the past and present perfer the two door model over the four door, little care was taken to preserve the family style automobile. Which is it?Is this automobile a collectors item for it's unique styling?Is it considered rare or valuable in a restored condition. Can anyone tell me the value of this car restored? and where it ranks in rarity against other models. It's a classic auto that deserves it's mark in history.
