Let me add in my $.02 worth here, Dean.As far as "valuable" is concerned, the general guideline is if the model was produced in fewer numbers, it's worth more in relation to the other models. The Slant Window Fordors were built by Briggs, Murray and Ford.Unlike the earlier sedans that varied slightly, all parts of ANY slant window sedan is interchangable. That makes it a little easier for restorers to find parts. There are three models of the '31 SW four door sedans: the 160-A is the Standard Fordor, the 160-B is the Town Sedan, and the 160-C the Deluxe Fordor. There were about 55,000 Town Sedans produced, 18,000 Standards, and 3,251 Deluxe Fordors, where were virtually identical to Town Sedans except for missing the rear quarter windows - nicknamed Blindbacks (I have one of those.) So the value of your SW Fordor is related to WHICH MODEL you have.On the West Coast, the SW Fordor is a VERY desirable car for reasons the other guys who answered you mentioned. There's lots of room, the car is tight, and IMHO it's a good looking design.
