Amen to what Bob J. says.The S/W is rare compared to the Tudor, but not VERY rare.

From a practical standpoint it's a fundamentally different body than the other Fordors because of it's all-steel design.The header is the only wood even remotly structural in the whole body.

It's a transitional auto with more relationship to the '32s than to the "A"s.It has the potential of being tighter, and quieter than the wood-frame Stage-coach constructed previous Fordors, and staying that way longer if used regularly.The average price I've seen for restored S/Ws is about $14K for a dressed out one down to $11K for older restorations.I paid $2500 for mine in kit form, and felt that I got a good deal.The Six-wheel versions seem to bring the best return.

Also practically speaking if you've ever driven a "straight window" sedan at night with the rear window uncovered, you can guess one reason for the windshield slant.
