: Befor I posted this ad, I called DMV and the issue of being restored was not mentioned. The main point is the numbers are not being used on any vehicle currently registered in the State.
Their regulations specifically state that repainted plates
are not allowed.Only original readable plates are acceptable
and you must supply a picture.Many people paint them after
registration and I never heard of anyone being arrested.
