I do not have a "before" picture.
Why on Earth would the DMV have a problem with plates that have been restored? They are painted to original colors.
Are you suggesting DMV would only approve a rusty, bent, plate which may have dents and chips out of the paint?
Befor I posted this ad, I called DMV and the issue of being restored was not mentioned. The main point is the numbers are not being used on any vehicle currently registered in the State.
